Our Services
Get your house, lakehome, condo or cabin cleaned your way and in your time. Our scheduled cleaning services give you flexible scheduling options like weekly, every other week, monthly, every 3 weeks, quarterly and more. If you decide to use First Class Cleaning weekly, or every other week, you will be able to have your cleaning on the same day and time.
At First Class Cleaning, there are no contracts or obligations. We are confident that if you are satisfied with our service you will contact us again and again for your cleaning needs.
When recurring cleaning service is scheduled every three weeks or monthly, we call you a week prior to give you the day we have you scheduled for cleaning service so you can put us on your calendar! You will also receive a call or text the day before to confirm the time of your scheduled cleaning and to let you know who will be cleaning for you.
Standard Cleaning Service
Our Standard Cleaning Service consists of:
- Dust baseboards, door frames, window ledges and ceiling fans (within reach)
- Dust all furniture including legs, pictures
- Clean and shine mirrors and glass furniture
- Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs
- Dust and damp mop/clean hardwood and tile floors
- Clean and disinfect all bathrooms including tub, tile, shower, toilet, vanity, sink, lights above mirrors, mirrors and floors
- Clean the exterior of all kitchen appliances, and interior of the microwave, disinfect counters, scrub sink and mop kitchen floor.
- Clean and mop laundry room floor, wipe down washer & dryer
Premium Cleaning Service
Our Premium Cleaning Service consists of:
- Baseboards, window casings, door frames, doors, ledges, railings and banisters washed (not just dusted)
- Clean ceiling fans (if they can be reached)
- Clean light fixtures and wipe off light switches
- Cobwebs removed from ceilings, corners of walls, down near baseboards etc., if reachable using two-step ladder
- Shelves or book cases: all items removed, dusted and replaced, thoroughly clean shelves
- Dust pictures
- Dust and polish furniture including legs
- Dust and/or vacuum upholstered furniture including legs
- Clean and shine mirrors and glass furniture
- Vacuum all carpeted areas & rugs
- Vacuum and wash/clean hardwood or tile floors including underneath furniture
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms including tub, tile, shower, toilet, vanity, sink, lights above mirrors, mirrors, cabinet fronts and floor
- Clean the exterior of all kitchen appliances, and interior of the microwave
- Clean and sanitize kitchen countertops, tables, sinks, back-splash areas, fixtures and floors
- Front and sides of cabinets washed
- Clean and mop laundry room floor, wipe down washer & dryer
- Beds changed/made only if requested.
